Our dedicated team of specialists is committed to diagnosing and treating all types of mental health conditions, including eating disorders and addictions. The main purpose of the job:

  • Preparing meals for patients in the hospital, under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • To prepare, cook and present dishes in accordance with speciality.
  • Supervise and assist members of staff working with you.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create and develop new dishes and menus.
  • Monitor portion and waste control.
  • Ensure you and your team maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food hygiene, meeting required quality standards.
