The main purpose of the job:
- Preparing meals for patients in the hospital, under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- To prepare, cook and present dishes in accordance with speciality.
- Supervise and assist members of staff working with you.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create and develop new dishes and menus.
- Monitor portion and waste control.
- Ensure you and your team maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food hygiene, meeting required quality standards.
