We’re looking for a values-driven Coach who believes in the potential of disabled people to live full, self-directed lives. This role sits within a flexible funding environment where disabled people make decisions about their own supports. You’ll work alongside people and their whānau to turn these choices into practical, sustainable arrangements—guided by Enabling Good Lives (EGL) principles, strong coordination, and sound judgement.

Our Flexible Disability Support Unit helps people manage their own funding with the right balance of guidance, coaching, and coordination.
