About us

Our organisation includes Care on Call (NZ) Limited, Florence Nightingale Agency Limited and Medcall Health Personnel Limited. Care on Call and Florence provide homebased cares and supports to a variety of people for a variety of reasons throughout NZ and we are wanting to add someone to our finance team with a focus on Flexible Supports administration.

The person is responsible for our IF payroll and claim reimbursements, resolution of discrepancies and administration. This includes:

  • payroll
  • claim management
  • reconciliations
  • billing
  • creating Xero batches

Our ideal person would be/have:

  • some payroll experience
  • attention to detail

Important things that relate to this role for you:

  • 30 hours per week – 5 days per week
  • Christchurch based
