What You'll Do
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What Your Apprenticeship Includes
- A mixture of face‑to‑face and Skype/phone catch‑ups every 4-6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress.
- On‑the‑job training, including workshops and webinars.
- Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer.
- Opportunity to obtain Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE).
- Hospitality Team Leader Apprenticeship Qualification upon completion of the 15‑month programme.
- Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship – Food and Beverage Level 3 qualification over the course of 12-18 months.
