We are a small, energetic business based in Eltham and are looking for a bubbly, confident Junior Sales Executive / Junior Sales Person to join our friendly team. This junior sales role is perfect for school leavers, college leavers, or career changers who want to start a career in sales. No previous sales, telesales, or call centre experience is required — we provide first-class sales training in-house.
The Role – Junior Sales / Appointment Setter
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will make telephone calls to book appointments for our Senior Sales Team, helping generate new sales opportunities. This is a junior, entry-level role with full support and coaching — no hard selling and no prior knowledge needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound telephone calls to potential clients
- Booking appointments for senior sales consultants
- Building confidence and communication skills on the phone
- Updating information on the CRM system
- Working in a small, supportive office environment
