Your opportunity
Floreat Wandsworth Primary school are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join our school and provide the best education for our children by ensuring they are supported, engaged and inspired in their learning. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate pupils to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.
What we are looking for
- An excellent classroom practitioner with a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning to inspire, nurture and guide pupils of all abilities.
- Proven ability to manage pupils in positive ways, maintaining a 'Calm School' and modelling dignity in every situation.
- Ability and experience to teach at a ‘good plus’ level within a classroom, including assessment and feedback.
- Have very high expectations of achievement and behaviour and have energy, enthusiasm, drive and determination to raise standards.
- Commitment to modelling Floreat's character virtues in order to grow these across the school community.
- Exceptional organisational skills including time management.
