Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover) in London

What we are looking for:

• Experience of working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for working with primary aged children in a 1:1 and a group scenario, and a determination that they will become knowledgeable and virtuous.
• A desire to work with honesty, perseverance and curiosity, and in service of all the learners in our school.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage pupils in a positive and calm way so that they achieve the highest standards in their learning.

About Floreat Wandsworth: Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. The Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: Associate 2, Point 6 - 12 £25,037 to £25,522 (Plus £999 Inner London Weighting)
• Actual Salary: £23,573.856 - £23,766.52 (incl. of Inner London Weighting) - Based on 37.5hrs a week
• Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (Term-Time 39 weeks)
• Contract Type: Temporary - Maternity Cover Contract
