Function Description
In this role as a Plant Employee, you will ensure that:
- the products are always replenished and well cared for
- the department is always tidy
- our customers are assisted and advised with their purchases
Daily, you will strive to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience, so they feel at home in our garden centre. Customer friendliness is your second nature; for example, you spontaneously help load heavy products into our customers' carts.
What do you bring?
- You have a passion for plants and/or gardening. Knowledge of outdoor plants is a plus.
- You are customer-friendly and enjoy working in a team.
- You are enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to learn.
- You are stress-resistant, flexible, and consider the flow of our seasons.
- You are open to working during our store's opening hours, including one weekend every two weeks.
- Physical work does not deter you.
