From hotels and offices to luxury showrooms and hospitality spaces, our arrangements bring colour, style, and positivity into commercial environments. We’re now looking for an Accounts & Office Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Head Office team in Henfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and likes being part of a welcoming office environment where no two days are quite the same.
We’re looking for someone organised, reliable, and personable - someone who enjoys working with people just as much as working with numbers.
The Role
This is a varied position combining accounts support, administration, and general office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Responsibilities
- Credit control
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Journals
- Assisting with account queries and problem-solving
- Supporting the day-to-day finance function
- Office & Administration Duties
- Answering telephone calls and assisting customers
- Managing shared inboxes and emails
- General administration and data entry
- Supporting colleagues across the business
- Helping maintain a positive and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional manner
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office with experience of Excel
- Experience with Xero or cloud-based accounting software desirable
