  • Allocate resources and support activities for Key Account Managers across the Foodservice channel.
  • Develop and execute demand creation activities in partnership with Marketing.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and insight to drive growth across the Foodservice channel.
  • Support and, where appropriate, lead elements of customer negotiations across QSR and broader Foodservice customers.

  • Ensure high levels of service, retention, and value creation across key accounts.
  • Use internal systems and tools (including Excel and reporting platforms) to track performance and provide customer and channel insights.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and updates for internal teams and customer meetings.
  • Work closely with the Foodservice Sales team to ensure activity is well coordinated and executed.

What Does It Take to Be Successful?

  • A can-do attitude – it's not just about the numbers, but how you deliver them.
  • A willingness to think outside the box – you're not afraid to share ideas and try new approaches.
  • Strong interest in food, foodservice and customer-facing work.
  • Confidence using Excel and a genuine eagerness to understand and use internal systems and data.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly (PowerPoint skills a plus).
  • Proven proactivity and organisation, able to take ownership of tasks and follow through.
  • Experience in a sales or commercial role in FMCG is preferred, or a strong academic background in Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
  • A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others to win.
