We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead growth across the Irish retail sector. The role will be based in Northern Ireland or London with monthly travel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee P&L performance for Irish retail accounts and develop annual account plans.
  • Partner with Category, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to analyse market dynamics and launch new products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, reporting to the Business Unit Lead.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in FMCG, ideally with Irish retail exposure.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with a track record of achieving sales and P&L targets.
  • Commercially astute mindset and proactive problem‑solving ability tailored to the Irish market.
  • Commitment to high‑quality solutions and data‑driven insights.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced retail and e‑commerce environment.
