We are exclusively working with a rapidly growing manufacturing group with a turnover of £50+ million and a strong track record of expansion. This client is looking for a commercially minded and technically strong Group Finance Manager to support the continued growth and help drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Operating across multiple sites, this business combines operational excellence with innovation to serve clients across the UK.
This newly created role will support the Finance Director and broader leadership team by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial information across the group. You will take ownership of monthly management accounts, group consolidations, and managing a team of around 6 people, while also playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering with operational teams across other sites.
Ideally you will:
- Have experience working in a growing large enterprise or multi-entity environment (not required but advantageous)
- Have experience of preparing monthly consolidated management accounts for the group, including previous experience of working within a multisite and multi entity environment
- Be able to deliver in-depth reporting for e.g. budgeting, forecasting, cashflow reporting, and any other ad-hoc analysis required.
- Have experience of managing a small team and want to be part of a growing business.
- Be qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
- Be comfortable with working in the office 5 days a week.
- Have experience of SAP or Sage (not required but nice to have)
