As we expand, we’re excited to welcome a Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in our brand-new home in Kirkby.
Your Role
- Be a trusted adult for children, creating safe, loving relationships
- Support with daily living, personal care, education, and activities
- Safeguard and protect young people at all times
- Implement individual care plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Work with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
- Lead by example, helping create a positive, stable home environment
- Support with outings, appointments, and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3/4 Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willing to work towards)
- 1+ year experience in children’s residential care (or similar)
- Resilience, patience, and a nurturing personality
- Strong communication skills & IT literacy
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (desirable)
