We are currently recruiting for a Client Accountant to join a values-led property management business based in Birmingham City Centre on a temporary basis. This Client Accountant position offers broad exposure across client accounting, a well-balanced workload, and a varied property portfolio.
This Client Accountant opportunity is open to candidates at junior, part-qualified, or senior level. It is ideal for anyone looking to gain exposure, step up, or maintain flexibility while working in a high-quality environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Client Accountant or client accounting role within property
- Experience managing key financial processes for property clients
- Exposure to producing client reports including income & expenditure statements, VAT returns, budget preparation and uploads
- A collaborative approach with a genuine interest in client engagement and stakeholder management
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of your workload in a fast-moving environment
- Experience supporting or leading client handovers (desirable but not essential)
- Any demobilisation or mobilisation experience would be advantageous but is not required
