The Enterprise Accounting Success Manager (ASM) role is an experienced customer facing role that will help support the Enterprise customer base in our Close Management solution. The Accounting Success Management team operates as strategic advisors who leverage their deep product knowledge to close adoption gaps, resolve complex challenges, and push long‑term customer value to drive net revenue growth.
This role represents an advanced level of technical and judgment-based ownership within the ASM track. Enterprise ASMs operate with minimal oversight, independently manage a book of complex customers and are accountable for successful customer outcomes. The Enterprise ASM role works heavily with the Enterprise AE team.
