Short Description

We’re seeking a seasoned eCommerce Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll own end-to-end eCommerce strategy across a portfolio of agency accounts, spanning media planning, marketplace execution, content, and product promotion. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Development: Lead the planning, development, and execution of eCommerce strategy across key accounts, including media planning, forecasting, brand strategy, product and launch strategy, and inventory forecasting.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Proactively gather and synthesize data on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform and refine eCommerce strategy.
  • Vendor & Seller Relationships: Manage both Seller Central and Vendor Central relationships with deep working knowledge of how each system functions.
  • Content Management & SEO: Oversee content strategy and creation across platforms. Ensure all content follows marketplace and website SEO best practices to improve sessions, unit session percentage, quality scores, and best seller rankings.
  • Product Promotion & Advertising: Lead campaign management, product launch strategy, and advertising across Amazon and key marketplaces. Leverage DA's proprietary ad management tools to drive performance.
  • Emerging Marketplace Development: Lead methodology and expansion efforts across emerging marketplace media, keeping the agency at the forefront of eCommerce growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers. Align strategies to client objectives and adapt based on ongoing feedback.
  • Tools & Platform Utilization: Leverage Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Google Analytics, Helium10, and other platform-specific tools to optimize presence and sales outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of emerging eCommerce strategies, platform evolutions, and industry trends—and bring those insights back to the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce strategy with a proven track record, ideally across Amazon, DTC, Walmart, or Target
  • Deep familiarity with both Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for data analysis and client-facing presentations
  • Experience with eCommerce tools including Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Helium10, JungleScout, Supermetrics, and similar platforms
  • Strong autonomous problem-solving skills—able to identify challenges and build solutions independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to clients and vendors
  • Familiarity with Google, Meta, and emerging marketplace advertising is a plus
  • Self-driven with a relentless focus on measurable outcomes
