Since then, we have experienced remarkable growth and are now a highly successful enterprise with a chain of beautifully designed stores across Yorkshire. As a leading supplier of flooring products in the UK, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic team to join us in supporting our expanding online business and increasing our presence in the high street marketplace.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at the Floorstore in our Leeds stores. The ideal candidate will have a background in flooring and a passion for sales, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting targets.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing them with tailored flooring solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with new products and industry trends to provide customers with up-to-date and relevant information.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as the warehouse and delivery teams, to ensure timely and efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Achieving personal and team sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring, sofas and beds, kitchens and bathrooms industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to generate sales opportunities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
