Flooring 4 Less is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Salesperson to join our growing team in Orpington. As a key member of the showroom team, you will help customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes while delivering outstanding service and driving sales performance. The Role
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Assist customers in selecting suitable flooring and carpet products
- Provide professional product advice based on customer needs and budgets
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Promote add-on products and fitting services
- Support the daily operations of the showroom
- Maintain high showroom presentation standards
- Work closely with colleagues, fitters, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth customer journeys

- Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales performance
- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Product Knowledge & Expertise
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all flooring categories
- Stay updated on:
