Retention & Brand Voice:
- Develop brand storytelling frameworks for every stage of the customer journey.
- Ensure every communication from an email to a blog sounds unmistakably Floor Street.
- Support community and social content where copy is needed — captions, headlines, hooks, and short-form content.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to shape messaging that speaks to real people and real homes.
