Finance Co-ordinator

Join our Flooid team as a Finance Co-ordinator ! In this role, you\’ll support our financial processes and ensure smooth operations. You\’ll work with a friendly, dynamic team, managing daily financial activities, reporting, and assisting with budgeting. Responsibilities include: Performing process-oriented reporting, focusing on monthly revenue forecasting for the Financial Planning & Analysis team, sales, and executives. Delivering ad-hoc analysis during and between month-end procedures to improve financial insights and support forecasting. Maintaining accurate data sets and system updates, including revenue recognition, contract management, and KPI reporting. Reviewing contracts to understand terms and identify key financial metrics. Translating contracts into operational and month-end reports. Collaborating with accounting to review, amend, and validate ledger entries. Requirements: Experience in compliance-heavy industries requiring attention to detail. Experience with budgets, payroll, or similar financial disciplines. Administrative experience in finance or accounting is advantageous. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proactive, energetic, with a positive attitude.
