Position Overview
We are looking for people who enjoy new domains like IoT, exploring new technologies, developing new skills, using industry‑leading development techniques, and building systems that matter to our customers. Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of deep technical issues
- Solve Tier2/Tier3 connectivity problems in the telecom domain
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions with customers and other floLIVE teams
- Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback
- Follow agreed SLAs
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of mobile core networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Experience with Telecom networks – (HLR/HSS; GGSN/PGW; Diameter; GTP; SIGTRAN) is an Advantage
- Experience with the European MNO market is an advantage
- Experience with solving IoT devices/Connectivity issues
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other members of the team and the clients.
- Creating documentation: We follow a strict documentation process
- Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put them into practice.
- Fluent written and spoken English - a MUST
