You’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring the showroom runs seamlessly day-to-day, maintaining an inspiring, professional environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience. Purpose of Role
The Showroom Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the showroom and representing the business as the first point of contact for all visitors. This role is responsible for maintaining a professional, engaging environment that attracts customers, drives footfall, and supports the business brand through exceptional customer experience, facilities management, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Front of House
- Act as the face of the showroom, greeting all customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure the showroom always reflects the company’s brand standards, is welcoming, and presents products and services in the best possible light.
- Provide assistance to customers, directing them to relevant teams or resources as required.
- Conduct showroom tours for ad-hoc visitors and effectively communicate the Flokk value proposition.
- Manage visitor check-ins, hospitality (refreshments, materials, seating), and maintain a polished client experience.
Event & Engagement Management
- Plan, coordinate, and host events, open days, and workshops to drive engagement and customer footfall.
- Ensure events are well-executed, on brand, and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support promotional campaigns.
Showroom Operations & Facilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring all operational aspects are managed efficiently.
- Act as main key holder, ensuring opening and closing procedures are consistently carried out.
- Manage facilities contracts and relationships with external vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, etc.).
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the showroom is safe, clean, and fully operational.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and procedures.
Data & Customer Relationship Management
- Capture and maintain accurate CRM data from showroom visitors and event attendees.
- Support the marketing and sales teams by sharing customer insights and feedback.
- Track visitor numbers, enquiries, and outcomes to inform strategy and improve showroom performance.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – approachable, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Highly organised and detail orientated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident in facilities management and delivering exceptional visitor experience.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Suite, recording data and creating presentations.
- Reliable and trustworthy as the main on-site key holder.
- Interest and experience in Interior Design is advantageous but not essential.
