Senior MSK Physiotherapist

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist who wants to deliver clinical excellence alongside our innovative automated pathway.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll work in a small and ambitious clinical team to carry out remote assessments and deliver tailored advice that exceeds the expectations of Flok's patients.
• You’ll apply your clinical judgement and a clear understanding of our automated pathway—as well as well-established criteria for national and regional pathways—to determine if patients are safe to proceed with Flok treatment or require triage to another setting.
• You’ll support patients as they progress through their treatment journey and respond proactively to their questions.
• You’ll use engaging communication tools created by our software engineers to give users a surprisingly brilliant experience whenever they contact us with clinical queries.
• Alongside your main role in delivering outstanding care, you’ll contribute to evolving our manual and automated pathways, and you’ll be able to seize any of the myriad career opportunities that a start-up is uniquely positioned to offer.
• You’ll work with Flok's leadership, engineers, and regulatory team to help us stay at the cutting edge of physiotherapy.

About You

• You’re an HCPC-registered senior MSK physiotherapist practising equivalent to NHS Band 6/7 capability.
• You are confident autonomously assessing and managing a complex caseload across the whole spectrum of MSK conditions.
• You have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to deliver incredible care remotely.
• You practice holistic and evidence-based physiotherapy that emphasises empowerment, goal-orientation, and behaviour change.
• You are committed to continuous professional development.
• You have the drive to succeed in an ever-changing environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience of working in primary care.
• Experience of service improvement and contributing to clinical governance, including meeting CQC standards.
• Pelvic health experience.
• Research experience.
