Every healthcare system in history has been a fundamental trade-off between quality and scale - our mission is to change that. We're building a new category of AI-native healthcare provider, using full-stack care automation to deliver world-class treatment at population scale. Our AI physiotherapy clinic is already democratising access to 24/7 healthcare for NHS patients across the UK, and we're just getting started.
We're looking for someone to work closely with NHS Trusts post-contracting to manage the operational launch of our service. You'll work with our Implementation Lead to ensure that every rollout goes smoothly for the Trust, the clinical and operational teams running our services, and most importantly for the patients now able to receive a whole new category of care. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with people and wants their work to translate into real clinical impact at scale.
What you'll do
- Support end‑to‑end rollouts of Flok's AI physiotherapy service inside NHS Trusts — from kick‑off through go‑live and into business as usual. You'll be the operational backbone; tracking actions and deadlines, keeping stakeholders informed, preparing materials for meetings, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You'll be a key point of contact for Flok’s clinical, technical and product teams during launch, troubleshooting day‑to‑day questions, and triaging anything that needs wider input. You will also feed back what’s working in the field, and help us continuously improve how we deliver Flok at scale.
About you
- You have 1–3 years of experience in a role that involved coordinating projects, supporting customers or clients, or working inside a healthcare or fast‑moving startup environment. You don't need to have done all of this before — what matters is that you're organised, adaptable, and energised by complex, multi‑stakeholder work.
- We're looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and warmly, in writing and in person, with audiences that range from senior NHS leaders to busy administrators.
- Stays organised under pressure — comfortable juggling several rollouts at once, and delivering against ambitious timelines.
- Is genuinely curious about how healthcare works, and motivated by the chance to make it better.
- Takes initiative and accountability — spotting problems early, proposing solutions, and following through to get it done.
- Is comfortable with change; we're a rapidly growing team delivering care at increasing levels of scale.
What We Offer
- Challenging work at the frontier of AI‑native healthcare
- In‑person collaborative culture in a beautiful work space in the Cambridgeshire countryside
- An onsite gym and digital health subscription of your choice
- Early stage equity with employee‑friendly terms (via an EMI scheme)
- Comprehensive medical coverage (including dental and optical) and life insurance
- Optional remote working on Wednesdays, with an annual allowance of 10 extra remote days
- Desk setup allowance for your favourite keyboard / mouse / whatever!
- Monthly team feasts (and the BBQ is used most days)
- A fast paced work environment geared towards excellence and professional growth (with annual training budget)
- A chance to have a big impact in a small team transforming care and outcomes at population scale
