Flo in London is seeking a Data Science Lead to build and lead the Predictive Growth Optimisation team, developing ML models that power user acquisition, predict lifetime value, and optimise a multi‑million dollar annual marketing spend.

You will own the pLTV strategy, stand up an MMM capability, and develop real-time UA management. Lead a team delivering production ML systems and close alignment with Growth, Product and Finance.
