DTGen is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sale of our innovative power generation solutions within the data centre market. This is your opportunity to make a real impact, drive growth, and lead the charge in a rapidly expanding sector. You’ll be developing new business routes, managing client relationships, and ensuring the profitability of our data centre segment. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive revenue growth in our data centre power generation business by meeting sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating tailored strategies to secure clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients through regular meetings, business reviews, and post-sales support
  • Manage the sales journey, working closely with technical and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies, including prospecting, cold-calling, client meetings, and negotiations
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Represent DTGen at industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand our network and visibility within the data centre space

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a sales management or business development role within power generation, cooling systems, UPS systems, switchgear, HVAC, or similar equipment in the data centre environment
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth, building relationships, and managing key accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Awareness of Uptime Institute certifications and other relevant standards would be an asset

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the data centre market and associated power generation solutions
  • Ability to work with complex technical teams and understand client-specific needs
  • Excellent report generation and pipeline management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track sales performance and customer interactions

Location & Flexibility:

  • Hybrid working: Ideally 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, but flexible depending on business needs
  • Travel nationwide to client sites and attend industry events
