We’re looking for a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day yard operations, maintain accurate stock levels, and support essential office admin tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supervising the yard team, managing site access on a rota basis, and driving a strong safety culture in line with our Safety Management System. With responsibilities ranging from data input in Maximo to supporting vehicle loading and acting as an emergency controller, this is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Effectively supervise the site in accordance with business and legislative requirements.
  • Support safe management in accordance with the Safety Management System to meet compliance and drive a safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures relating to stocks and financial controls within the operating system (CODAS).
  • Daily use and data inputting within Maximo.
  • Comply with Flogas operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Supervise and direct Yard Hands.
