How you’ll power our business as an Operational Trainer- Driver Training & Compliance
This is more than a training role. As the Operations Trainer – Driver Training & Compliance for Flogas, you will be the national authority on professional driving standards, the strategic lead for coaching capability, and the final decision-maker in escalated DriveCam or training matters. You’ll lead the development of a consistent, professional, and compliant driver training offer across the country, delivering meaningful coaching support to Driver Trainer Assessors (DTAs), managers, and the wider driver population. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about safe, compliant driving, and experienced in developing and delivering structured training. You will be skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programmes using recognised frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, they ensure all learning outcomes are clear, measurable, and aligned with operational priorities

What we’ll need from you
- Strong experience in driver training, coaching, or compliance roles
- Proven adjudication and decision‑making skills in safety‑critical environments
- Class 1 license
- ADR
- Willingness to travel across the UK regularly to support sites
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing abilities
- Reliable and flexible approach to working hours
- A Criminal (DBS) Check will apply to this post
