As a National Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering consultative selling, managing and retaining existing Flogas customers, closing new business opportunities identified by the Lead Generation function, and driving sales of equipment through our New Energies function to support customers on their journey to net zero.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Deliver a high level of customer service through account management of the SME customer portfolio
- Retain customers in line with the KPI’s ensuring that profitable margin is achieved
- Provide bespoke new business propositions
- Close profitable new business opportunities
- Ensure a smooth transition from initial sales lead through to installation
- Sell consultatively to provide a suite of complete energy solutions
What we’ll need from you:
- Proven experience of working with complex and varied customers and industries
- High degree of self-motivation and time management
- Understanding of consultative based selling techniques
- Demonstrate ability to achieve targets and maintain margin
- Proven experience in a highly autonomous role
- Full Valid UK Driving Licence
