How you’ll power our business as a National Contracts Manager (FTC 12 months)
As a National Contracts Manager, you will be responsible to deliver consultative selling, to manage and retain existing Flogas customers, close new business opportunities identified by the Lead Generation function, and drive sales of equipment through our New Energies function to support customers on their journey to net zero.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040.
We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas.
We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases.
All of which means job security, and opportunities to get involved in exciting new initiatives.

- Here’s what you’ll be doing
- Deliver a high level of customer service through account management of the SME customer portfolio
- Retain customers in line with the KPI’s ensuring that profitable margin is achieved
- Provide bespoke new business propositions
- Close profitable new business opportunities
- Ensure a smooth transition from initial sales lead through to installation
- Sell consultatively to provide a suite of complete energy solutions
- What we’ll need from you
- Proven experience of working with complex and varied customers and industries
- High degree of self-motivation and time management
- Understanding of consultative based selling techniques
- Demonstrate ability to achieve targets and maintain margin
- Proven experience in a highly autonomous role
- Full Valid UK Driving Licence
