What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a trusted People partner to senior leaders and leadership teams across Flogas Britain
  • Developing and delivering people plans aligned to strategic and operational priorities
  • Supporting organisation design and workforce planning activity to enable growth and operational effectiveness
  • Coaching and supporting leaders on people-related matters, performance, and organisational change
  • Leading and supporting complex change initiatives including restructures, integrations, and TUPE activity

  • Working collaboratively with Centres of Expertise to deliver joined-up people solutions
  • Supporting the ongoing development and consistency of HR Business Partnering capability across the wider function

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with commercial awareness, excellent relationship-building skills, and a collaborative approach to partnering with stakeholders. You’ll ideally bring:

  • HR Business Partnering experience within a complex, multi-site organisation
  • Experience supporting senior operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Solid organisational design, workforce planning, and change management capability
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex employee relations and transformation activity
  • The ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working alongside trade unions or collective consultation forums
  • A pragmatic and insight-led approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • CIPD qualification (Chartered level preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Great Britain

We know that people don’t always meet every requirement listed above, and that’s okay. If you’re excited about the opportunity and believe you could make an impact, we’d encourage you to apply.

Why join us?

At Flogas, we’re building a business fit for the future — one that plays a meaningful role in the UK’s energy transition while remaining grounded in strong operational delivery and customer focus. In return, you’ll join a supportive and ambitious organisation where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic people initiatives, work closely with senior leaders, and make a genuine impact across the business. We offer a collaborative environment, flexibility in how work is delivered, and the opportunity to be part of a business undergoing exciting transformation and growth.

As part of a dynamic and fast-moving organisation, some travel to business sites and stakeholder meetings across Great Britain will be required. However, we’re committed to supporting flexibility in how and where work is delivered, with performance measured through outcomes and impact rather than presence.
