How you’ll power our business as an EC&I Technician:
As an EC&I Technician, you will support the installation, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems while developing the technical skills and hands-on experience needed to work independently across a range of industrial environments. Travel requirements around the UK are part of this role and candidates must be flexible to accommodate this.

We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. - Basic understanding of PLC functioning
- Basic understanding of installation and commissioning of Hazardous Area Electrical systems
- Understanding of instrument calibration, Inspection and Testing of a wide range of instrumentation: Pressure, level, flow, temperature (Analogue & Digital)
- Basic understanding of engineering documentation (Functional Design Specification (FDS), User Requirements Specification (URS))
- Experience on IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel & Office
