How you’ll power our business as a Sales and Service Support
As a Sales and Service Support Administrator to join the team based at our head office.
Reporting to the Consumer Support Team Manager you will oversee the day-to-day DCH Bulk Administrative processes.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040.
We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas.
We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases.
All of which means job security, and opportunities to get involved in exciting new initiatives.

- Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Process all Domestic and Metered Tank Transfer paperwork for incoming and outgoing switches
- Process New Installation paperwork for the Domestic and Metered customer base
- Process all Domestic and Metered Change of Ownership, including updating accounts and sending new agreements
- Processing Domestic and Metered Contract returns and updating customers’ accounts accordingly
- Raising invoices and credits for customers within agreed limits
- Processing orders for Managed Customers to include Key accounts and Home Parks
- What We’ll Need From You
- Good computer skills including MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Must be accurate with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of dealing with a high volume of customer accounts and call volume
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions within designated agreed levels of authority
- Ability to manage complex products, systems and customers
- Able to work under pressure. Able to adapt and remain efficient in a dynamic work environment
