As an I&M Fulfilment Planner, you will be responsible for planning non‑crane related works at customer sites relating to Statutory Maintenance and Defect resolution. You will liaise with team members and other departments within Flogas, maintaining a good working relationship between Customers and Flogas UK Ltd and Suppliers. Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, and evolving new bio‑fuels and renewable gases. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Scheduling all non‑crane vehicle jobs through the in‑house scheduling system in accordance with company SLA’s.
  • Managing the Engineers’ holidays and standby requirements.
  • Ensuring the timely processing of completed work order paperwork and critical data.
  • Raising additional work orders from completed work.
  • Ensuring work is completed to agreed department SLA.
  • Ensuring that all materials for the work have been ordered.

  • Be able to build strong working relationships with engineers.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels.
  • Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise.
  • Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Be able to work outside normal working hours when the business requires.
  • Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times.
