How you’ll power our business as a Customer Experience Advisor:

You’ll do energy right by all your customers, whether you’re helping set up a new account in double quick time for a mother with a newborn or delivering innovative energy solutions for a national chain of retail stores. As a Customer Experience Advisor with Flogas, you’ll take responsibility for finding answers to every query and solutions to every challenge so that hundreds and thousands of homes and businesses across the UK have the energy they need, when they need it. From deliveries to pricing, you’ll be an expert advisor and a talented negotiator who gets things sorted in double quick time, no matter how busy it gets. And through it all, you’ll do right by your team, too, supporting them, just like they’ll support you.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Experience in a role where you’ve worked with your customers to solve their problems
  • Proven experience of working in a busy environment, successfully prioritising and managing multiple tasks, whilst achieving great results
  • Good MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Talent for communicating clearly over the phone and in writing on email and web chat
  • The ability to negotiate well and be comfortable working with numbers – from customer bills to pricing
  • Drive to do right by your customers and your team
