How You’ll Power Our Business As An Administrator
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support for the day to day aspects of the office, ensuring paperwork and tasks are processed accurately and to time scales.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040.
We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas.
We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases.
All of which means job security, and opportunities to get involved in exciting new initiatives.

- General day to day office duties, including data entry, filing and scanning
- Providing administration support to Managers & Engineers
- Updating the system and spreadsheets
- Greeting visitors
- Creating and managing customer workbooks

- Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times.
- Have good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate to staff and customers
- Flexible approach to work and willing to work additional hours during busy periods to meet customer demand
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work in a team or on own initiative
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
- Possess a high level of widespread IT skill sets
- Data Management-File Organization: Skills in organizing and maintaining digital or physical records
