How you’ll power our business as a Class 1 Metered Barrel Driver:

  • Drivers are at the heart of Flogas. Whether you’re helping keep a care home cosy, or a micro-brewery running, you’ll make sure our customers are always connected to the energy they need, come rain or shine.
  • Powering our business, you’ll make bulk deliveries of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) on time – and above all – safely, day in and day out. Because at Flogas, if it’s not safe, it’s not done.
  • It’s a collaborative place, too. Our Drivers work together to make sure everyone in the team understands their routes, offering assistance when needed, and helping each other get ready for the deliveries and the day ahead.

What We’ll Need From You:

  • LGV Class 1 licence. Ideally, you’ll also have an ADR in Tanks with minimum class 2 gases.
  • Driver CPC and valid Drivers Digital Tachograph Card, plus a sound knowledge of driving hours and tachograph regulations.
  • A calm, unflappable approach, and a commitment to ensuring everyone’s health, safety and wellbeing is protected in all that you do.
  • A willingness to keep in touch with the team and stay flexible, so together, we can do more.
  • A keenness to learn new ways of doing things so we can keep doing right by our customers and each other.
  • A willingness to have a DBS check that helps keep you, our customers and our people safe.
  • A flexible approach to helping our customers as Nights out (Tramping) will be required as part of this role (Depending on Depot).
