At Flogas MGS, we play a vital role in supporting patient care by ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of life-critical gases such as oxygen and Nitronox. Our expert teams manage everything from system design and installation to maintenance and 24/7 support, helping healthcare providers meet the highest standards of care.

As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our finance and procurement functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Matching delivery notes to POs and GRNs
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and invoices
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly payroll
  • Assisting with the production of Management Accounts to tight deadlines
  • Providing accurate month-end information for accruals
  • Generating Management Information reports
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards
  • Supporting wider business needs as required, including holiday cover
