How you’ll power our business as a Civil Work Scheduler
As a Civil Work Scheduler, you will effectively liaise with the team members and other departments within Flogas relating to any civil work issues. You will assist with the administration of the civil work installations and upgrades of Bulk LPG sites, whilst maintaining a good working relationship between the customer and Flogas UK Ltd and Suppliers.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you
- Be able to build strong working relationships with suppliers and engineers
- Competent telephone skills
- Good organisational skills
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels
- Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Be able to work outside normal working hours, when the business requires
- Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times
