How you’ll power our business as a Fulfilment Technician

As a Fulfilment Technician, you will be trained to carry out telemetry installations & repairs, statutory maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis, site surveys and occasionally assist the Gas Technicians to install & maintain bulk LPG vessels.

Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040.

We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas.

We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases.

  • Here What You'll Be Doing
  • To learn LGUK Codes of Practice reference siting of gas vessels.
  • To undergo training at our training academy, this will include nights away from home occasionally.
  • Have good communications skills as you could interact with both Domestic and Commercial customers when on their sites.
  • To carry out repairs (non-gas related) on customers’ sites and complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To control stock of telemetry units and follow associated processes.
  • Willing to spend time away from home to support resolution of defects in other areas (this will only happen on a few occasions over the year and be restricted to Monday to Thursday.
  • What We’ll Need From You
  • Driving license (no more than 6 penalty points)
  • Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and smaller power tools
  • Accuracy, both in terms of work completed in the field, paperwork submitted and stock control processes (using tablet or laptop).
  • Good communication skills – you will be representing Flogas on customer sites
