- Process Improvement & Transformation: Review, challenge, and improve finance processes to make them scalable, efficient, and resilient. Work with the VP of Finance to embed automation, best practices, and innovative tools across finance operations.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with the wider business (including underwriting, Customer Ops and broker distribution teams) to align finance processes with commercial needs. Proactively resolve finance-related queries from brokers and customers, ensuring a broker/customer-centric approach.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire a small accounting team, driving high performance and professional growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FLOCK:
- ESSENTIAL: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years PQE. Strong track record in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry.
