Experience
Needed: Self-starter with a natural curiosity and desire to learn.
Good project management skills with 2+ years experience in managing projects end to end.
Marketing/Digital/Communications Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of practical experience A proactive, hands-on approach, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle opportunities of any size.
A strong bias for action, with the ability to work at pace and deliver tangible results.
Confidence working closely with clients, including spending time on-site and becoming embedded within their teams.
A practical, collaborative mindset and a commitment to getting things done.
Basic understanding of marketing and a genuine interest to learn more.
Proven ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
High degree of initiative and a proactive approach.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly and demonstrate strong listening skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Excellent team player.
