We are looking for a talented Project Manager located in the UK to join our team to lead on our purpose, build our business capabilities, and transform the lives of marketers through client projects covering all areas of our services (marketing operations, marketing skills & capabilities, marketing technology and marketing procurement).
You will be working across a portfolio of projects, responsible for running them smoothly end-to-end and providing broader business support where required.

Responsibilities
- Client Activity – Working alongside Flock Consultants to run marketing transformational projects.
These may be running large scale and high-profile pitches, Managing the coordination of workshops, agency onboarding and internal set up of our propriety tools including survey building, reporting and data validation, research, presentation writing and design, information gathering, note taking, proofreading + more.
- Flock Culture - To make a positive contribution to the brand, business and culture of Flock through an effective partnership with the Flock team.
- Leadership - To nurture the young talent at Flock.
- AI - Own delivery and maintenance of a portfolio of bots/basic agents; Translate requirements into AI-enabled ways of working.
- Support on existing bot maintenance and process ideation
- New Business - Assist in updating and maintaining the Flock database and provide support on new business proposals as required.
Experience Needed
- Self-starter with a natural curiosity and desire to learn.
- Good project management skills with 2+ years experience in managing projects end to end.
- Marketing/Digital/Communications Degree or equivalent with 2+ years of practical experience
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle opportunities of any size.
- A strong bias for action, with the ability to work at pace and deliver tangible results.
- Confidence working closely with clients, including spending time on-site and becoming embedded within their teams.
- A practical, collaborative mindset and a commitment to getting things done.
- Basic understanding of marketing and a genuine interest to learn more.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- High degree of initiative and a proactive approach.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly and demonstrate strong listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
