About the Role
As a Spa Assistant, you’ll be the engine that keeps the spa running day to day. You’ll support our therapists and front-of-house team by maintaining high standards throughout the space, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and resetting treatment rooms to a consistently high standard
- Keeping communal areas clean, calm, and welcoming
- Managing laundry and stock levels of towels, robes, and supplies
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
- Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met at all times
