About the Organisation
Educating Beyond Borders is building the UK's first floating campus – our flagship for our institute and a mobile education and community space that responds to student isolation, housing insecurity, and mental health risk during campus closures.
Our winter floating campus has attracted a growing community of 70 student members, confirmed sponsorship interest, and active partnerships with student unions.
We are now preparing to scale delivery year‑round.
Opportunity
We are appointing four UK‑based co‑founders, each of whom will be: Listed as a director on Companies House; Responsible for a revenue‑critical lane; Involved in governance, execution, and strategic growth.
This is not an advisory or honorary role.
This is a build phase.

- Director of Finance & Commercial Operations – Cashflow management, loan compliance, financial governance.
- Director of Business Development (Courses & Memberships) – Selling education products, memberships, institutional partnerships.
