The job
As a Senior Talent Partner , you will act as a strategic guardian of our talent quality, enabling the business to scale. Your core mission is to raise the bar with every hire , embedding talent intelligence into our decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your direct impact is essential to our success.
What You\’ll Do
You will be the 360° owner of the recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, driving every stage from intake to a successful close.
- Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, deeply collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
- Proactively map and engage high-calibre passive talent , and prioritize critical roles to ensure we fill them with exceptional candidates.
- Run a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds our company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track and report on key metrics —including pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire—using data to inform your strategy.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives that continuously improve our hiring practices and employer brand.

Your Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with extensive expertise in hiring for engineering and product roles.
- Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian job market is essential, additional experience hiring abroad is an advantage
- Strong track of record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices
Salary Range – gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
