The job

As a Senior Talent Partner , you will act as a strategic guardian of our talent quality, enabling the business to scale. Your core mission is to raise the bar with every hire , embedding talent intelligence into our decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your direct impact is essential to our success.

What You\’ll Do

You will be the 360° owner of the recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, driving every stage from intake to a successful close.

  • Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, deeply collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively map and engage high-calibre passive talent , and prioritize critical roles to ensure we fill them with exceptional candidates.
  • Run a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds our company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key metrics —including pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire—using data to inform your strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives that continuously improve our hiring practices and employer brand.

  • Velocity with quality: You shorten time-to-hire without sacrificing the bar. You are self-sufficient, proactive , and personally drive the search for top talent.
  • Trusted advisor: You build a reputation as the \”go-to\” partner for hiring calibration and advice, bringing insight—not just effort—to the process.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with extensive expertise in hiring for engineering and product roles.
  • Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian job market is essential, additional experience hiring abroad is an advantage
  • Strong track of record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices

Salary Range – gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
