Flo Health is seeking an Engineering Manager for the AI Platform to lead the core team powering Flo’s AI features, including chatbot, cycle predictions, and personalized insights.
You will guide senior engineers, shape roadmaps, manage cross-pod coordination, and provide hands-on guidance (~20%).
You will drive architectural reviews, ensure safety and medical compliance, and engage with stakeholders across Product, Analytics, and Engineering while championing Flo’s AI vision in partnerships.
