The Job

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a foundational security domain, ensuring that only authorized entities can access company systems and user data. We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to join FloHealth's IT Engineering team. You will work on implementing improvements to our IAM program, integrating IAM solutions using scripting and automation, and maintaining the program from a technical standpoint. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and strong experience with Okta are required. Your role will involve managing and enhancing the IT experience within our application landscape. What you'll be doing

  • Support the ongoing improvement of Flo’s IAM strategy and policy, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Execute the IAM Governance Model, Privileged / User Access Reviews (PUAR/UARs) with the Security Team.
  • Manage integrations between systems and environments involving IDP / SSO / Authentication tools.
  • Manage the full identity lifecycle and maintain documented access rules adhering to least privilege principles.
  • Document IAM processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the planning, designing, development, and testing of systems or applications, including cloud-based tools.
  • Act as an escalation point and mentor for IT Engineers regarding user identities and access management.
  • Drive continuous improvements and participate in projects and service enhancements.
  • Provide strategic insights to ensure efficiency and reliability at scale.
  • Ensure the security, resilience, and compliance of business process automation.
  • Collaborate with vendors for system development, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver IT solutions based on architecture and requirements.
  • Analyze requirements, conduct tests, and facilitate seamless integration of application components.
  • Implement system improvements and automate processes and policies.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Extensive knowledge of IAM, RBAC/ABAC concepts, and operating policies.
  • Customer-first mindset and ownership mentality.
  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Enterprise Applications Engineer.
  • Advanced skills with Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, Jira Automation, Slack, and other SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with Zero-Trust concepts and policy enforcement.
  • Understanding of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code automation.
  • Experience with device trust applications like Okta Verify, Google Beyondcorp, Cloudflare Zero Trust.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have:

  • Network and firewall knowledge.
  • Familiarity with identity governance (IGA).
  • Understanding of IT and security best practices.
  • Experience working in security-certified environments (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI DSS).
  • Interest in researching and promoting new technologies.

Salary Range: €6,000—€12,000 EUR gross per month. Range varies with skills and experience.
