We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, creative and switched-on to join our growing natural skincare business. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of running a small product-based e-commerce business — from social media and content creation to packing orders, helping with stock and getting involved behind the scenes.

You don’t need years of experience. We’d love to hear from someone who is recently out of uni/college, at the beginning of their career, or simply keen to get stuck in and learn all about running a business.

You’ll be helping with things like:

  • Creating and filming social media content
  • Helping plan content and marketing ideas
  • Packing and preparing customer orders
  • Stock organisation and general day-to-day tasks
  • Helping with launches, promotions and content shoots
  • Learning different areas of the business as we grow

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Ideally interested in Natural Health/Skincare
  • Naturally savvy with social media
  • Creative and full of ideas
  • Reliable, organised and happy to take initiative
  • Comfortable being hands-on — one day might be content, the next might be packing 100 orders!
  • Keen to learn about e-commerce, marketing and running a growing brand
  • Happy working in a small team/working from home occasionally

Experience with Shopify, Canva, CapCut, TikTok or Instagram is a bonus, but definitely not essential if you’re willing to learn. This could be a great opportunity for someone who wants real hands-on experience of how a growing brand works behind the scenes, with the chance for the role to develop as the business grows.
